The seminary offers the following programs of study

2. Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology (B.A.Th)

4. Bachelor of Arts Degree in Apostolic & Prophetic Studies (B.A.APS)
5. Master of Arts Degree in Theology (M.A.Th)
6. Master of Arts Degree in Christian Education (M.A.CEd)
7. Master of Arts Degree in Christian Counseling (M.A.CC)
8. Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Theology (PhD.TH)
9. Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Christian Education (PhD.CEd)
10. Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Psychology & Counseling (PhD.PC)
PROGRAMS DURATION
There are two semesters (first and second) in each academic year.
- Bachelor’s Degree Programs – One (1) academic year
- Master’s Degree Programs – One (1) academic year
- Doctoral Degree Programs – One (1) academic year
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
BACHELOR’S DEGREE PROGRAMS
SSCE, (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) with 5credits including English Language in not more than two sittings
MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAMS
SSCE, (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) with 5credits including English Language in not more than two sittings and a Bachelor’s Degree in either Theology.
DOCTORAL DEGREE PROGRAMS
SSCE, (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) with 5credits including English Language in not more than two sittings and a Master’s Degree in either Theology.
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
- All applicants for admission are to be interviewed/screened by members of the Admission Committee.
- All applicants accepted are admitted on a provisional basis into the various programs of study, until they satisfy the minimum academic, spiritual and financial requirements.
- All new applicants seeking for admission into the Seminary’s programs must write the appropriate screening examination.
- Application forms for admission must be purchased at the Seminary; and be filled and submitted before the date slated for entrance examination
OTHER ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant for admission must have confessed Jesus Christ as Lord as Saviour.
- Applicant for admission must write and pass the entrance examination into the program for which he/she applied for.
- Applicant for admission must have a successful interview with members of the Admission Committee.
- Applicant for admission must have three recommendation letters or Reference Form completed by responsible Christian leaders who know the applicant very well
- Applicant for admission must be at least 18years of age, and exhibit mental maturity for an undergraduate program; and must be at least 21years of age and exhibit mental maturity for any post-graduate programs of study.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT
The Seminary welcomes students from outside Nigeria. Though a foreign student may be given admission to study at the Seminary; to actually register for study, the student needs to satisfy the Nigerian Immigration authority requirements, when it comes to living in the country.
The Seminary cannot register any foreign student for study at Karu, who does not have the relevant documentation. At present, there is a facility for distance/online learning offered by the Seminary.
Foreign applicants, who cannot come to Nigeria, can equally study online and obtain the same Degrees with those on-campus.

HOW TO APPLY !
Once you are ready to apply, follow the steps below.
- Complete theonline application form. Apply for a Program of your choice. You can also apply to study our modules individually in many cases.
- Submit your Application Form. Remember to attach any available documents we need and if applicable pay any application fee.
iii. Await our response. We acknowledge your application by email or chat (WhatsApp) within 72hours. This includes a student reference number, in case you need to contact us about your application.
- Register online and pay School fee. You have until the registration deadline to accept an offer and pay your initial fees. You will be given access to the study materials as soon as you register.
- Your application will be followed up with an informal chat (WhatsApp) or telephone to discuss your suitability for the Degree.

The other charges not included in the overall fees above are:
- Matriculation fee – N30,000 was paid in the last academic year.
- Graduation fee – N55,000 was paid in the last academic year.
- Research Supervision & Alumni Fees – Not Fixed.
The fees for Matriculation and Graduation ceremonies are not fixed as prices of things in the market fluctuate with time.
Refund Policy
Orientation
Orientation course is organized to enable students become used to and familiar with their new environment. It is organized for all new students to the Seminary and usually takes place in the first week or two weeks of the new session.
Lectures are organized on general and specific topics such as examinations malpractice, homosexuality and occultism. They are also exposed to effective use of the library and the students’ rules and regulations of the Seminary.
Matriculation
Only those who have satisfied the minimum education requirement of EIBCs are admitted as students. Such students are eventually inducted as student of the seminary at a ceremony presided by the provost.
During the matriculation ceremony, the Dean of Academics presents the students for matriculation oath. Thereafter, the students sign the matriculation register.
